T'ai Chi is a gentle form of exercise based on the ancient Chinese philosophy of Taoism. Its aim is to promote the free flow of natural energy, which the Chinese call 'chi'. T'ai Chi consists of sequences of continuous, gentle movements which emphasize dynamic concentration and complete relaxation.
Beginners are welcome to attend this course. Prices for the day are £15 for staff / students and £30 for all others.
