Free NHS webinars on improving mental health
Coventry, Warwickshire & Solihull NHS Talking Therapies is excited to offer a series of two-session webinars to help you learn new skills to improve your mental health and get the most out of every day.
Managing Stress
12 and 19 March, 12 to 1pm
Learn new skills based on the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). CBT is based on the concept that your thoughts, feelings, physical sensations and actions are interconnected and that some thoughts and feelings can trap you in a negative cycle. Each 60-minute session covers different topics. By the end of the course, you will have new skills to help you manage stress, low mood and anxiety.
Sleep Well, Feel Well
6 and 13 March, 7 to 8pm / 10 and 17 March, 12 to 1pm
Using proven Cognitive Behavioural Therapy techniques, this two-session workshop will teach you new strategies to improve your sleep and feel more refreshed during the day.
Introduction to Menopause and Mental Health
4 and 11 March, 12 to1pm / 5 and 12 March, 6 to 7pm
Understand how your mental health might be impacted by menopause, how low mood and anxiety is maintained and how this can be changed using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy skills.
