Kulbir Shergill named among 2025 Inspirational D&I Leaders
We’re proud to share that Kulbir Shergill, our Director of Social Inclusion, has been named one of the 2025 Inspirational D&I Leaders by Diversity and Inclusion Leaders. This prestigious list highlights 76 individuals from across sectors who are driving meaningful change in diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Kulbir’s inclusion is especially significant—only four leaders from universities were selected this year, underscoring the impact of her work in higher education. Her leadership has been instrumental in shaping Warwick’s inclusive culture, fostering belonging, and championing equity for both staff and students.
