The University is required to comply with the UK Bribery Act 2010. As part of meeting this responsibility, an e-learning module has been created to ensure members of the University have an awareness of anti-bribery guidance, and understand how to conduct University activities honestly, fairly and professionally.

What do I need to do?

Heads of Department will be asked to determine which members of their department, and other individuals such as recruitment agents who undertake activities on behalf of the University, must complete the training module based on the level of risk associated with their roles, so you will receive further information through your departments.

All members of staff are advised to undertake the training however, to develop your awareness of bribery risks and anti-bribery advice available. The Moodle training module, available here, provides a general overview of the Bribery Act 2010 and the University’s Anti-Bribery Policy.
