BCUR 2014: Encourage Warwick students to present their research projects

There are some exciting new opportunities for Warwick students who submit an abstract for presentation at BCUR 2014.

Please encourage all Warwick students who have undertaken research, either through the curriculum or through an extracurricular research project, to consider submitting an abstract for BCUR this year.

The Warwick students who submit the two best abstracts for poster presentations to BCUR will be offered the opportunity to first present their research posters at the second annual Posters in Parliament event on 24 February 2014. At BCUR itself the student deemed to have given the best overall spoken presentation will be offered the chance to travel to Monash University in Melbourne, Australia to present their research at the second ICUR conference in September 2014:

Abstracts for The British Conference of Undergraduate Research 2014 (University of Nottingham, 14-15 April 2014) are now being accepted for consideration. The deadline for submitting an abstract is Monday 2 December 2013. This year there are a two exciting additional opportunities for Warwick students who submit an abstract for presentation at BCUR 2014.

The Warwick students who submit the two best abstracts for poster presentations to BCUR will be offered the opportunity to first present their research posters at the second annual Posters in Parliament event on February 24, 2014.

At BCUR itself the student deemed to have given the best overall spoken presentation will be offered the chance to travel to Monash University in Melbourne, Australia to present their research at the second ICUR conference in September 2014.

All Warwick students who have undertaken research, either through the curriculum or through an extracurricular research project, are encouraged to consider submitting an abstract for BCUR this year.
