Welcome to our new Provost, Professor Christine Ennew, who takes up her new role at Warwick today, Monday 1 August 2016.
Stuart Croft said:
I am delighted to welcome Christine to Warwick. She brings a whole wealth of skills with her, not least the breadth and depth of her international experience, which will be invaluable as we develop our ambitious global plans. I’m sure you will all make her feel welcome as she settles into life at Warwick."
Although I’ve had the chance to meet with some colleagues at Warwick already, I’m looking forward to meeting with many more of you over the coming months. Warwick is a fantastic institution and I’m looking forward to the new set of challenges and opportunities it presents."
As Provost, Christine will support Vice-Chancellor Stuart Croft in the academic leadership of the University. A key aspect of her role will be to lead on the development and delivery of our academic strategy, ensuring we deliver on its goals, whilst keeping it at the highest quality, globally relevant and competitive.
