The Student Recruitment, Outreach and Admissions Service are looking for colleagues to work on the busy Confirmation and Clearing Hotline in August 2016.
The role is demanding but incredibly rewarding, and is central to the success of the University’s admission process.
You will be answering phone calls from undergraduate applicants regarding the University’s decisions on their offers following the release of A-level and other exam results, and be fielding calls from new Clearing and Adjustment candidates, considering their results, and making offers to study at Warwick as appropriate.
You will be given full training and scripts to follow. Hotline staff will be polite, have good attention to detail, have a pleasant telephone manner and will be able to remain calm under pressure.
Staff are required from Tuesday 16 – Friday 19 August.
Colleagues on grades 1-5 will receive overtime payment for any additional hours worked, while those on grades 6 and above will earn time off in lieu.
