Coventry City Council is offering free cycle training sessions to adults and children on Saturday 18 and Saturday 25 January 2014 as part of their Cycle Coventry project aimed at developing cycling as a preferred mode of transport across the City. All you need to do is book on a session and if you don't have a bike or equipment you can loan either when you book.

The sessions are:

• Saturday 18 January - Woodlands Academy: 9.45am to 12pm or 1pm to 3.15pm
• Saturday 25 January - Ricoh Arena Jaguar Hall: 9.45 to 12pm
