Don't lose your head in a crisis: Windows on Warwick sessions
To tie in with Business Continuity Awareness Week, there will be two Windows on Warwick (WoW) sessions on Business Continuity Management for staff on 18 and 21 March 2013.
About the sessions
As the University grows in size and complexity, it's increasingly important to understand our activities, to identify what might threaten their operation or success and to be able to mitigate or minimise disruption through prior planning.
Business continuity management (BCM) is a process that helps manage these risks, ensuring continuity of critical activities in the event of a disruption and effective recovery afterwards.
