The University has been notified by Edenred that, owing to cases of fraud, £20 Capital Bond Vouchers are no longer being accepted by retail and other outlets.

Recipients of Edenred Capital Bond £20 Vouchers (from Long Service Awards or from CCSG Recognition Scheme Awards) are asked to bring unredeemed vouchers to HR Reception on the 2nd Floor, University House where these will be exchanged for £10 vouchers to the same value.

Replacement vouchers will be available from noon Thursday 21 November. Please note that £5 and £10 vouchers are unaffected by this development and do not need to be replaced. We apologise for any inconvenience caused to recipients.
