You can now report maintenance issues (e.g. leaking taps, electrical problems etc) online using the new Estates Office Maintenance Helpdesk.
After signing in with your Warwick username and password, you can report any maintenance-related problems using a simple online form. Once you've done that, you'll be given a unique reference number that you can use to track the progress of your request using the "Search for Request" tool.

Residential Maintenance Requests Before 21 October
You can't yet report any maintenance issues with campus residences through the new online Helpdesk. The Estates Office aim to have this added to the new Helpdesk by Monday 21 October 2013, but in the meantime you'll need to report any faults to the Student Accommodation team.
