A total of 32 Fellows have worked across numerous projects within these themes, collaborating with industry and high-technology businesses, and building academy partnerships at Warwick and Birmingham as well as further afield.

To date the fellows have:

  • won an additional £15.9m of research funding (£8m as Principal Investigators) from Research Councils, European Union funding streams and industry
  • patented 18 new concepts and been directly involved in 4 spin-out companies
  • published more than 350 peer reviewed papers to date in academic journals as well as authoring 6 books and 4 book chapters
