A new set of online recruitment and selection forms have been developed, in response to feedback and as part of the HR department’s ongoing recruitment and selection process review.
The new online forms have been specifically designed to address key frustrations around the length, content and format of the previous forms.
Following pilots during September, the new online forms will be rolled out across the University as follows:
- Week commencing 6 October 2014 – Campus and Commercial Services Group and administrative departments
- w/c 13 October 2014 – Warwick Medical School
- w/c 20 October 2014 – Faculty of Science
- w/c 27 October 2014 – Faculties of Arts and Social Science
A notification will be sent out at the end of the week prior to your scheduled launch date to confirm that you will go live with the forms. Departmental administrators and secretaries will be provided with a link to the forms and online user guidance notes.
Paper based forms will no longer be accepted after 10 November 2014.
