Innovation is about sparking ideas into life, and making them change people’s lives. That’s what we want to do with the Innovation Campus at Wellesbourne.

Already, there are more than 400 people thriving in the Campus’s distinctive environment. Warwick’s acclaimed School of Life Sciences will continue to enjoy a prominent presence at the site, with its leading food, environment and agriculture research. However, with c.450 acres of land and 73,000sq ft in a range of offices and work spaces in Wellesbourne, the scope is there for innovators to craft space into something that fully optimises what their ideas can achieve.

We’re offering an opportunity for businesses to locate themselves in a hub that encourages co-creation between academic and industry excellence, initially focusing on sectors aligned with our academic and commercial strengths, and working closely with our diverse regional partners and surrounding community. We’re calling for inspiration and investment, placed alongside our leading-edge research, to help create an environment that challenges everything that’s expected from an innovation campus.

In December 2017, we attended the South Warwickshire at Parliament day to celebrate our relationship with business in the local area and demonstrate the potential of the new Innovation Campus.
