IT Services have redesigned their homepage to make it easier for you to request IT support and find specific services.
They have reorganised the page to show the most popular requests – things like logging in, email accounts, printers and training – and provided quick links to these services. Also, you'll see a link to the online Help Desk and the support telephone number in the header and footer of every page.
Messages about service status, such as temporary issues, downtime or restored service, are simpler. Instead of showing separate messages for each IT service area with a traffic light colour system, you can now see all status messages together on the homepage. This makes it easier to see all status messages in one place.
