The National Pool Lifeguard Qualification is the flagship qualification from the Royal Life Saving Society UK and is recognised by the International Lifesaving Federation, as well as being the standard award required to lifeguard a swimming pool in the UK.

Intensive Courses, lasting 5 days, will be run by the club from Monday 9 to Friday 13 December 2013, with the assessment (conducted by an external examiner) either on the Friday evening or the morning of Saturday 14 December.

The course will be run on the new 8th edition of the award. There will be an opportunity to include the defibrillation (AED) bolt-on within the price; this however, will take place after the course. Recent courses have run at full capacity, so book early.

The course will be running at the price of £109.50 for club members and £164.50 for non-Warwick Sport members (RRP £250 - £290).
