The Merit Pay Scheme will again be operated this year.
Staff at grades 1A-8 who are at the top of their pay scale (and were as at 1 November 2012) will normally be eligible to take part, if they wish to. If you are eligible, you will shortly be contacted by your Head of Department with details of how to take part.
The return date for submissions is Monday 13 May 2013. A later date may apply in some Departments, by arrangement between the Head of Department and HR, which meets the overall timetable.
