Deadline for Outstanding Student Contribution Awards: 20 May

studentsDo you know a final-year student who manages to find the time to campaign for good causes, raise enormous amounts of money for charity, start a small business, or work with local charities? Nominate them now for an Outstanding Student Contribution Award to recognise their efforts.

The judging panel are looking for students who have made an exceptional contribution to the University or its work with another organisation outside of their studies.

Any member of the University community, staff or student, can nominate a student for the award. The closing date for nominations is Monday 20 May 2013.

Award winners will receive an iPad or equivalent. The Award will be presented at the degree ceremony at which the winner graduates.

The three 2012 winners were involved in volunteering, both here on campus and further afield, running a small business and setting up a new charity.
