Part-time Staff Network Survey

Are you working part-time and would like more opportunities to progress your career? Are you interested in moving into a part-time role?

If so, please take 5 minutes to complete this survey, put together by a group of part-time colleagues across the University and open to all staff, including academic and professional services.

A part-time staff network could help to increase part-time job opportunities for colleagues at Warwick by:

  1. Building a network of colleagues who may partner up to apply for full time posts on a job share/ split post basis
  2. Building a network of colleagues who will champion part-time as a cost effective and efficient option across all grades (valuing an ‘outputs’ not ‘inputs’ lens)
  3. Taking a collegial approach to share good practice, therefore, increasing the success of part time working models

We would love to hear from you. Please share your thoughts by 23 July 2019.
