The University, in common with other member institutions of the University and College Employers’ Association (UCEA), will implement the settled 2015-16 national pay agreement in the November 2015 payroll. This will include retrospective payment for the period from 1 August 2015. The settlement is for a base pay uplift of 1% on all points of the 51 point spine, save for the first six points on our scale where larger increases will apply (of between 1.2% and 2.2%).

Other payments for salaried staff, for example overtime, will also be backdated to 1 August 2015 but will be processed in December payroll.
