If you need to post an item that weighs over 11Kg (about the same as a single box of copier paper), please split it into two or more separate parcels, each weighing 11Kg or less. This will not cost you any more than a single package would.

If you're unable to split the contents into more than one package (e.g. a piece of machinery), you need to contact the courier directly and ask them to collect it from your department.
