Professional Services Survey
There is a short survey underway that aims to gather feedback on the quality of professional services and support that our staff have received from central University teams in the past year.
By understanding the experiences of our staff, we will gain a better understanding of how services are perceived and understood across the University; to ensure that what we provide is guided by what people need; and to identify ways in which we can serve our community better.

The survey will be open until 19 July 2019.
Please do take part in the survey, and share this with your colleagues and encourage them to do the same.
Your responses to the survey will be confidential, and you won’t need to provide any login credentials. You will not be identifiable unless you choose to disclose your identity in your written comments.
How will the results be used?
Our aim is to support partnership working across the institution and so key findings will be shared with the wider community and aggregated results will also be shared with the relevant service and support areas.
