Pulse 2013 staff survey launches

The 2013 Pulse staff survey launches today, Monday 14 January, and you have until Wednesday 13 February to submit your views. The survey gives you the opportunity to have your say, helping to shape Warwick's future and making the University a great place to work.

What the 2013 survey covers

This survey will focus on your job, communications, your development, line management, senior management, working environment and perceptions of the University. The results of the survey will help us to celebrate what works well, understand where we need to improve, identify priorities and take action.

How does the survey work?

Computer users will receive an individual email with a unique link to the survey from ORC, the independent research company that we've commissioned to run the survey and analyse the results. If you don't have access to a computer at work, you'll receive a paper copy from your department in the next couple of days. The survey should take about 15 minutes, and can be completed during your working hours. All surveys are confidential and anonymous, and won't be seen by anyone at the University, so you can be totally open and honest in your responses.

How can I find out more?

The Pulse website contains lots of useful information, including details of your nearest Pulse Champion, FAQs and the outcomes from the last staff survey.

You can also contact ORC directly on 0845 676 2096 or via email.

Your views are important to us, and your responses make a real difference, so complete your survey and have your say.
