Let’s make an impact at THE Awards 2025
The Times Higher Education Awards 2025Link opens in a new window launch on Thursday 10 April, celebrating the achievements and innovations that shape the higher education sector. These awards are a fantastic opportunity to showcase Warwick’s excellence across a range of categories, from research and teaching to professional services and student experience.
This year, as part of our brand evolution and strategic approach, we want to make sure our submissions are as strong and impactful as possible. To support this, we are asking anyone planning to submit an entry to share a short pitch with Marketing, Communications and Insight first.
This will help us align messaging, offer guidance, and maximise our chances of success.
How to get involved
If you are considering submitting an entry for THE Awards 2025, please send us a 500-word pitchLink opens in a new window by 1 May covering:
- An overview of your project or initiative
-
How it aligns with the award criteria
-
A key contact who can provide further details
This process will help us coordinate entries, refine messaging, and make sure Warwick is well-represented across multiple categories.
New entry fees
For the first time, THE Awards will introduce an entry fee structure:
- £100 per submission for an institution’s first five entries
- Capped at £500 – so whether we submit five or 25 entries, the total charge won’t exceed this amount.
This is a great opportunity to showcase the impact of Warwick’s work on a national stage. If you're interested in submitting, please send your pitch Link opens in a new windowby Thursday 1 May.
