Update 4.55pm: The fallen tree has been cleared from Kirby Corner Road. A big thank you to the Gardeners and Security team, who responded with fantastic speed to clear the route safely.

However, there are further road blockages caused by fallen trees on the Coventry Road in Berkswell, Windmill Lane in Balsall Common, the A425 Banbury Road in Warwick between the by-pass and Heathcote Lane junction, and on Harbury Lane in Bishops Tachbrook both ways between B4087 Tachbrook Road and B4455.

Further reports have come in of trees down in Stratford, Binton, Solihull and Dunchurch.
