The University has introduced an additional feedback tool which can be booked, free of charge via AV Services.
The Video Kiosk allows users to give their feedback 'in the moment' and provide an additional, valuable tool to complement other feedback channels. The kiosk is supplied with a University branded template and can pose a question, set by the team looking for feedback. Users then record their answers along with providing other data capture which can then be easily downloaded and provided for analysis. The templates can be adapted for different areas of the University subject to resources being available to create new graphics.
