A new July Bootcamp is taking place on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 7.30-8.15am from Tuesday 2 July 2013.
Get that Summer body you’ve always hoped for: Bootcamp starts your day in a positive way and really helps to increase your energy levels; regular participation can also boost your self- esteem and confidence.
This is a groupwork session which includes a variety of exercises, you set the intensity whilst receiving motivational support from our friendly instructor. Don’t worry, we don’t take the ‘drill sergeant’ approach to exercise!
8 sessions for £33 (non Warwick Sport members will have to pay a £20 membership fee). Staff can also use 1 WLA voucher as payment.
