There is a Met Office amber severe weather alert in place for snow in the West Midlands and Warwickshire on Friday 18 January 2013. The Met Office advises people to be prepared. Take precautions where possible and ensure you access the latest weather forecast Met Office website. There may well be some disruption to road and rail transport so please leave extra time for journeys if possible.
