Welcome meetings offer new staff the opportunity to find out how the University works and how to maximise the opportunities that exist to network and get involved in University life.
New staff will also meet Senior colleagues in the University and have the opportunity to ask questions about working at Warwick. There will be the opportunity to find out more about the benefits of campus life, with representatives available from key areas such as the Library, Sports Centre, Centre for Lifelong Learning, IT Services, HR/Equality & Diversity and Warwick Arts Centre.
Additionally there's an optional campus tour following the Welcome presentation, hosted by our Warwick Welcome Service Student Ambassadors. This will be a one-way walking tour from Argent Court back to either University House or central campus, pointing out some of the key buildings and facilities available to you as a staff member.
The Welcome meeting runs 9-10.30am in Argent Court, Ground floor (just off the reception area). Registration is required as spaces are limited and are filling up fast.
