Following the Advisory Committee on Clinical Excellence Awards' consideration of the nominations for the 2005 round, Professor Sudesh Kumar, Professor of Medicine, Diabetes and Metabolism at Warwick Medical School, has been awarded a Bronze Award, In addition, Professor Steve Field, Regional Postgraduate Dean, West Midlands Deanery and Honorary Professor of the Warwick Medical School, has been awarded a Gold Award.
