A. L. Kennedy wins Lannan Literary Award

A. L. Kennedy, who recently joined the Warwick Writing Programme as Associate Professor, has been awarded the prestigious Lannan Literary Award for Fiction.

The Lannan Literary Awards and Fellowships were established in 1989 to honour both established and emerging writers whose work is of exceptional quality. Over the last 19 years, 171 writers and poets have been awarded more than $13 million.
