Dr Manu Vatish, of the Clinical Sciences Research Institute, Warwick Medical School, was recently awarded the 2008-9 Fulbright Distinguished Scholar award. The Fulbright Commission presents awards to outstanding professionals or academics, in order to undertake lecturing, professional development or research in the US for between three and ten months.
