The University is saddened to learn of the death of Chemistry student, Jack Everson. Jack was an undergraduate student entering his 3rd year.
Jack died on Sunday 16 September 2012. Our thoughts are very much with Jack’s family and friends at this time.
Dr. Vas Stavros, his personal tutor said:
Jack was a wonderful student. He had a lively, charismatic personality and a very kind heart. We have lost a bright colleague in science and he will be dearly missed.
University staff and support professionals are working to support those students who were close to Jack. If you would like to speak to someone at this time, there are a number of support services available. The Student Support Services website gives more details.
The condolence book is now available to sign in the Chaplaincy.
