Joanne Phipps, a student in the Department of English and Comparative Literary Studies, has been awarded the Stephen Joseph Theatre Production Award at the 52nd Sunday Times National Student Drama Festival for her Warwick University Drama Society (WUDS) production of Jez Butterworth's The Night Heron. The latest WUDS production was Terence Rattigan’s The Winslow Boy which ran from 17-19 May in the Chaplaincy.
