Paul Greatrix, Warwick’s Deputy Registrar, will leave us at the end of the calendar year to become Registrar at the University of Nottingham.
Paul has been at Warwick since 1998. He previously worked at Staffordshire University and The University of East Anglia, where he obtained his PhD from the School of Education and Lifelong Learning in the Faculty of Social Sciences. Paul was made Deputy Registrar earlier this year.
His responsibilities at Warwick have been wide ranging including work in strategic planning, commercial activity, academic and student affairs, student services, and coordination of the Research Assessment Exercise. Last year he was awarded a Leadership Foundation Fellowship to develop the relationship between the University and the Student Union.
University Registrar Jon Baldwin said: “We will miss Paul greatly but this is a significant achievement and I know you will join with me in wishing him all the very best”.
