Paul Johnson, who served as a cinema projectionist in Coventry for 50 years, recently retired from his role as Chief Projectionist at Warwick Arts Centre. Paul worked at the Arts Centre for 30 years and saw the building and programme expand considerably over that time. Paul was sent off in style by vintage pin-up Kitten Von Mew, in a nod to the film The Notorious Bettie Page, which was one of the final films he screened at the end of his long career.
