Mike Roberts joins the University on Monday 4 February as permanent Director of IT Services. He brings with him wide IT experience and an ability to develop and deliver robust core services as well as working at a strategic level to help realise long term visions.

Obviously Mike will have a busy few weeks as he comes up to speed with how the University and ITS team work. Among his first priorities will be setting up opportunities to hear from customers and stakeholders as to what they need from ITS and how the team can help them achieve their objectives.
