Modern Mercia: Art and design in post-war Coventry and Warwickshire, 1945-70
Louise Campbell, Professor Emerita of History of Art, has jointly curated this new exhibition at the Leamington Spa Art Gallery and Museum which celebrates post-war creativity. The 60 exhibits comprise architectural perspectives, sculpture, drawings, paintings, stained glass designs, photographs, archive films, textiles, ceramics and homeware.
The Coventry Grid Project - Emerging from Lockdown
Find out how you will be able to help build a photographic map of Coventry to record a specific moment in time, the first two weeks in August 2021. Anyone will be able to submit photos to be included in the final photo grid, which will be part of an exhibition in the ‘Feelings of Freedom’ Festival at Warwick Arts Centre in November.
