Claire Nicholls is a phenomenal person and this is reflected in how she manages, coaches and supports degree apprentices, including the Warwick Graduate Scheme. Claire will not only take the time but willingly give the time you need to feel supported through the challenging times as well as celebrating the brilliant times. Claire is someone who will see what see can do to make things possible, doing this honestly and authentically. Claire is someone to admire and who does inspire. I feel incredibly grateful to have her as my manager, an advocate and someone who deserves to be recognised for the truly human approach she takes. Thank you Claire for modelling what it means to be a good manager. Someone who colleagues can turn to as well as collaborate and celebrate with. Your thoughtfulness, kindness and strength are valued and very much reflected in everything you do.
