As Director of Operations, Amy is tireless in her efforts to support the teams of staff that she leads, and to work constructively with colleagues throughout the institution. Amy is strong, perceptive, stays calm when the people around her are under pressure, treats a succession of challenging and complex issues with care and in confidence, and has the bravery and integrity as a leader to take responsibility for decisions even when they are beyond her control. Amy provides amazing support to her colleagues, and Warwick is a better place for her being here.
