Liz is a foundation of knowledge and support - not only supportive in being able to provide help and advice but is also able to do it with care - and humour - which is greatly appreciated. Liz has a real 'can do' attitude and is able to manage an astonishing amount of varied and often unusual scenarios, and somehow manages to not tear her hair out - an impressive woman in my opinion!
