Dedicated to developing ‘belonging’ work within the HE sector, she is super knowledgeable, well connected and highly regarded in her field of specialism. She is a fantastic leader, providing thoughtful care and support to those around her, and always looking for opportunities to empower others. I feel lucky to work with Inca in the Building Belonging Learning Circle – I learn so much from her, and it’s always a pleasure to work together!
