Ally is someone who actively and consistently champions colleagues (staff and students) from all backgrounds. She uses her voice to uplift and create opportunities for others. She believes strongly in the importance of creating a more inclusive and supportive work environment for everyone, and her energy, enthusiasm and determination bring others along with her. She is a force to be reckoned with (in a good way!) and an inspiration to those around her.
