Jess Humphreys is strong, innovative, generous and so incredibly brilliant in many ways. I feel incredibly grateful to have known Jess from my time as a student and to continue to know Jess as a Warwick staff member. It is because of Jess's belief in me, my ideas and her willingness to connect me with other staff and students to bring ideas to life that I have gained confidence, skills and knowledge in ways that were previously unimaginable and unfathomable. Jess is someone who, even when thing are difficult or challenging will give time and energy to see what she can do and how she can support the vast and diverse community that is WIHEA, as well as the phenomenal work beyond WIHEA. I would like to use this as an opportunity to thank and celebrate the incredible leader, colleague and person Jess. How you approach people and challenges inspires and does not go amiss. Your openness to ideas and questions is unmatched and I would never have learned and experienced so much of what I love about my work and what I do without working with you and learning from you. You are fantastic!
