Gemma is an outstanding line manager who combines clarity, warmth, and unwavering support. Despite the breadth and pressure of her role, she always makes time for her team and communicates with calm, thoughtful precision. She creates a positive working atmosphere and will always advocates for those she leads. All of this is even more impressive given that she balances a demanding job with the responsibilities of a young family.
