Tracey is an all-round brilliant colleague, team mate and professional. Her work involves supporting the implementation of major new IT systems, and she dedicates herself completely to making them a success for users. She immerses herself to become a font of knowledge not only about systems but about the departmental processes they underpin, and is a critical part of any project she works on. Tracey is also a very supportive, caring colleague who loves to share her expert knowledge of things like Excel, to help make people's lives easier, and she brings humour, fun and personality to the teams she works in.
