I want to take a moment today to celebrate two incredible women I’m truly grateful to work with - Rebecca and Emily. Thank you both for always thinking of me and forwarding opportunities, networks, and resources that help me grow. Your flexibility, encouragement, and thoughtful support makes such a difference. You are both empathetic leaders leading with compassion, understanding, and genuine care for others. I deeply look up to you, and aspire to be like you one day. Working with women like you reminds me how powerful, compassionate and inclusive leadership can be. I hope to pass the same kindness on to my future colleagues. Wishing you both a wonderful Women’s Day and thank you for inspiring me every day.
