Sarah is such a positive, warm and caring person. She always makes people feel genuinely listened to and is wonderful at making new members of staff feel welcome in our team. Sarah is authentic to herself and open which helps those around her feel comfortable, valued and understood. She always chooses to be kind and go out of her way to help others (and pigeons!).
