I want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible women I have the privilege of working alongside every day. Kulbir, Emma, Michaela, Claire, Kat, and Marie — you each bring strength, compassion, creativity, and resilience to Social Inclusion, and it’s truly inspiring to witness. Even on the challenging days, we show up for one another, lift each other up, and create a space where support is constant and kindness is instinctive. Having Kulbir as my manager is something I’m particularly grateful for. Her leadership, guidance and support has been so valuable so thank you for helping me grow and always believing in me. I’m so proud to be part of a team of women who not only champion inclusion in our work, but also live it through how we treat each other. Here’s to us — to our voices, our achievements, our shared strength, and the work we do together. Happy International Women’s Day!
