Wall of Women test

It has been a genuine privilege to work with Rachael Kirwan. She is immensely creative, full of ideas and, importantly, the confidence to articulate them clearly and bring others into the conversation. She does not just generate possibilities, she gives them shape and direction. There is a steadiness in the way she thinks things through and then moves them forward. What I value just as much is her generosity. She is deeply supportive and consistently goes out of her way to enable others. If she knows someone who is right for a conversation or an opportunity, she makes that connection without hesitation. She understands that progress depends on relationships, and she tends those relationships with real care. Her knowledge of Warwick is extraordinary. She understands how it works, where the opportunities lie, and how to navigate its complexities. Rachel is someone who makes things happen, often quietly, always thoughtfully, and it has been a real pleasure to work alongside her.
